Where duplicate accounts are identified, ra777i reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances held therein, including both deposited funds and bonus credits, without prior notice.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. ra777i will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ra777i login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ra777i strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You agree to notify ra777i immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
ra777i is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
ra777i accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, and PESONet. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. ra777i does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
Deposits are generally credited to your ra777i account within minutes of confirmation. ra777i is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network outages.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00. ra777i aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
ra777i reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be declined where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
All transactions on the ra777i Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ra777i does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player are the sole responsibility of the Player.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by ra777i are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement within the validity period will be automatically forfeited.

Where bonus abuse is detected, ra777i reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account.
ra777i reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. ra777i will not be liable for any loss resulting from the modification or cancellation of a promotion.
All bets placed on the ra777i Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product category, including but not limited to: live casino, slots, sports betting, bingo, and fishing games. These rules are accessible within each game or product section of the Platform.
ra777i reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, software malfunction, or manifest pricing error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's account. ra777i's decision on the settlement of bets is final and binding.
For sports betting, ra777i reserves the right to suspend markets, limit bet sizes, and void bets where there is evidence of match manipulation, insider information, or irregular betting patterns. ra777i cooperates with relevant sporting bodies and regulatory authorities in the investigation of such matters.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ra777i Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the ra777i Platform, including but not limited to the ra777i brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of ra777i or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ra777i Platform without prior written consent from ra777i.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ra777i, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
ra777i does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ra777i's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit ra777i's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.
ra777i collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
For disputes relating to the outcome of games or the settlement of bets, ra777i's decision, made in good faith and in accordance with the applicable game rules, shall be final and binding.
